To all our friends and valued clients - the bad news:
After more than 20 years of service, Computers Plus in the Sittingbourne High Street has closed down. The company suffered some financial problems and after being offered a position with a leading telecommunications company, the owner/director, Derek Coward decided to cease trading as of Thursday, June 14th 2007.

The Good News:
On a more positive note – I am now offering my services in the areas of PC repair, upgrades and web development to all of you as I operate privately (not as Computers Plus).

Many of you frequented Computers Plus over the years and trusted the quality of service that we always endeavoured to provide.
Some of you know me personally and would trust their computer problems to no other technician during my employment with the company.
Likewise, I have built a good relationship with our Web Design clients and would like to keep that relationship going. Having the trust of one’s clients is worth more than anything else. I know it will be a challenge to start out on my own but it is one I am willing and ready to face.

Here are a few key points that will answer some of your questions:

» I am not in a position to discuss any matters of business concerning Computers Plus. I am just an ex-employee and as such I am not privy to any information about Computers Plus or the proprietor, Mr. Derek Coward.
Please do not call me or email me about any Computers Plus business related matters - I cannot help you.

» Since most of my clients know this website address, I will be taking over and keeping this website going for informational purposes and will post any new developments here.
(The existence of this website does not imply in any way that Computers Plus is still trading.)

» The email address () will continue to be operational since it is the one which most of my clients have in their address books.

» I will not be selling any products online or in a physical shop – just providing services. I am therefore NOT interested in purchasing computer parts, systems or any other related items. (I'm also REALLY NOT interested in purchasing Stocks and Bonds so, - you know who you are - please stop calling me!)

» I will not be selling any new computer systems but I can recommend a local system builder - please contact me for details.

» I’m unable to honour any warranties for services or products purchased from Computers Plus for obvious reasons but I will try to help any clients as much as I possibly can.

» All website hosting services currently in use by clients of Computers Plus will continue to operate as normal – I will provide those services as an individual until further notice.
