We're a friendly, family-run business, operating locally in Sittingbourne Kent and surrounding areas.
All PC repair and upgrade work is handled by Julian, (former head-technician of Computers Plus in Sittingbourne High Street) who has over ten years of experience in the I.T. Industry and graphic design.
Reputation is everything; especially in a small town.
Much of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations as we have always gone the extra mile to ensure the client is satisfied and the job is done properly.
Our "No Fix - No Fee - No Nonsense " policy means you don't spend anything if you decide not to go ahead with the repair * or if your repair is not feasible.
We believe that some PC repair jobs simply cannot be done 'on-site' if they are to be done properly. Hardware diagnostic tests, file corruption scans and spyware removal can take hours and hours - much of the time the engineer can be working on another job whilst a scan is running.
We believe in charging on a 'per job' and not 'per hour' basis to be fair to our clients.
We will not try to sell you unnecessary parts - we don't sell hardware. We can however advise you on what to purchase or purchase components on your behalf, if and when required to do so.
We're here to offer honest advice and help without the 'technical jargon' (unless you really want it!)

* Does not apply to laptops that are repairable. If the laptop is repairable and the client decides not to go ahead with the repair, a diagnostic/disassembly fee of £20.00 is payable.
