* SSDs & RAM upgrades are only available for older MacBooks, Mac Minis and iMacs. Please contact us with your machine’s serial number and we’ll let you know if we can upgrade it.
 ** Data recovery / file retrieval can only be done on MacBooks and iMacs that are not encrypted.
*** Firmware password removal is done on certain models and requires micro-soldering. You will need to provide proof of ownership for us to perform this service. Please contact us for details.
