As a home-based business, our pricing is reasonable and we can offer flexible drop-off or pick-up times convenient to you, including after working-hours or over the weekend. We’re here to offer honest advice and help without the ‘technical jargon’ (unless you really want it!).

We’re passionate about repair and strong supporters of the Right To Repair movement.

Much of the computer repair work is handled by Julian, who has over twenty years of experience in the I.T. Industry. Before starting ‘JustInspired‘ (named after his son Justin), he was a technician at the (former) computer shop ‘Computers Plus‘ located on Roman Square off the Sittingbourne High Street.

Our colleague Richard (who also worked at Computers Plus) is an independent technician with a fondness for retro computing. He is also experienced in Mac computer support and Apple Mac systems including Mac software and OS-X. He has been working on Macintosh Computers since 2000.

Game console repairs are a more recent addition to our repair portfolio. We had so many requests for service to various gaming consoles that we started offering repairs and servicing on many of the most popular systems. We started off with HDMI and USB port replacements and have branched out into (some) board repairs.
