As a home-based business, our pricing is reasonable and we can offer flexible drop-off or pick-up times convenient to you, including after working-hours or over the weekend. We’re here to offer honest advice and help without the ‘technical jargon’ (unless you really want it!).

We’re passionate about repair and strong supporters of the Right To Repair movement.
Much of the computer repair work is handled by Julian, who has over twenty years of experience in the I.T. Industry. Before starting ‘JustInspired‘ (named after his son Justin), he was a technician at the (former) computer shop ‘Computers Plus‘ located on Roman Square off the Sittingbourne High Street.
Our colleague Richard (who also worked at Computers Plus) is an independent technician with a fondness for retro computing. He is also experienced in Mac computer support and Apple Mac systems including Mac software and OS-X. He has been working on Macintosh Computers since 2000.
Game console repairs are a more recent addition to our repair portfolio. We had so many requests for service to various gaming consoles that we started offering repairs and servicing on many of the most popular systems. We started off with HDMI and USB port replacements and have branched out into (some) board repairs.

When we’re not busy repairing computers we try to upload posts of our work on our Repairs & Tech Tips blog where we feature a bit of everything including, Internet Security and general computing tips, laptop repair, Mac repair and electronics repair stuff.

Julian fitted a new screen to my laptop which had been playing up for over a year. Not only did he reply promptly to any queries, but he also updated me when the replacement screen wasn’t going to arrive as quickly as anticipated. The work itself has been done brilliantly, and he even gave my laptop an extra deep clean across the board which was much appreciated, and at no extra cost!
My laptop frazzled in the middle of editing some important client films. I did not know where to turn when my data was not covered by my warranty. Luckily I found JustInspired on Google, they came highly recommended and rightly so. JustInspired are easy to deal with, friendly, highly professional and above all very quick.
Thank you Julian! I (stupidly) formatted my hard drive not knowing that would wipe everything…. Julian didnt promise he could restore my data, but amazingly he has restored it! He also let me drop off and pick up late in the evening and completed it over the weekend before he went away. Highly recommended if you have any computer issues.
