We mostly work on devices in our home-based workshop but if the job requires an on-site visit we can arrange something for you. We often call on our colleague Steve Hayden from Creative PCs to take care of these jobs as he does a lot of home visits. Please bear in mind that some jobs simply cannot be done ‘on-site’ if they are to be done properly. Hardware diagnostic tests, file corruption scans, data backups and data restores can sometimes take hours – much of the time the engineer can be working on another job while these are running. On-site work is generally billed at an hourly rate whereas workshop work is generally cheaper and fixed-rate. Please contact us for more info.
