Game Console Repair
We can help with:
Console gamers; is your games console overheating? No picture on the TV or do you have to ‘wiggle’ the HDMI cable to get a picture? We do HDMI repair / replacement. Other issues? We may be able to help. We repair various game consoles and game controllers including Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and more. We also do liquid metal replacements when servicing PS5 consoles.
Game Controller Repair
‘Stick Drift‘ on your game controller? Our PS5 repair services include fixes for controller drift and other issues with the DualSense 1 & 2 and the DualSense Edge controllers. Xbox gamer? Happy to help. We offer Xbox repair services for drift and other issues with the Elite Series 1 and Elite Series 2 controllers. We fix stick drift with quality replacement analog joysticks. (In some cases, we can switch out just the potentiometers if the the thumb sticks / analog sticks are otherwise okay.)
For a longer lasting (perhaps even permanent) fix for joycon or joystick drift, we can install a ‘Hall Effect’ joystick that replaces the original analog stick with one that works with a magnetic field instead of a carbon track that wears out in traditional joysticks. We repair PS5 DualSense, PS4 DualShock, Xbox Elite Series 1 and Xbox Elite Series 2 wireless controllers and more at our Sittingbourne workshop.
Xbox Repair
Our current list of Xbox repairs includes: Damaged HDMI port repairs (replacement with new HDMI port), damaged USB port repairs, fan repairs, disc drive repairs, minor board repairs and more. We mainly fix Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles as in most cases it’s more cost effective for the customer to have them repaired rather than replaced. We’ll give you a quote before any major work will be done on your console.
We still get the Xbox One, One S and One X models in our workshop occasionally and depending on the issue we may or may not recommend the repair. We would have to assess the cost of repair vs the value of the console. We will always be honest with you to ensure you don’t waste your money!
PlayStation Repair
We offer a range of PlayStation repair services including: HDMI port damage on PS5 and PS4 (a new HDMI port will be fitted), USB port repairs, cooling fan repairs including fan connectors ripped off the main board, disc drive replacements, minor board repairs and more. We mainly fix PlayStation 5 (PS5) consoles as in most cases it’s more cost effective for the customer to have them repaired rather than replaced (or repaired by the manufacturer).
We sometimes get customers asking about PlayStation 4 (and older) console repair services. As with any older device, we will assess the cost of repair vs the value of the console. We don’t want you throwing your money away on something that’s not worth it!
Nintendo Repair
We do some Nintendo Switch repairs and stock parts such as: USB charging sockets, SD card reader repairs, analog joycons (stick drift problems), minor board repairs and more. We can also take a look at your Switch Lite if it needs service.

Had my HDMI port changed over on my Xbox, cleaned and even replaced the thermal paste as it was rock hard and needed replacing. Amazing work and would highly recommend.
